The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), through the 2021 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,505,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Construction of the Single-Storey (Boar Studio) for Swine AI sa Barangay (SWAIB) Project at Brgy. Putiao, Pilar, Sorsogon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
