ATI REGION 6 INNOVATES AND COLLABORATES TOWARD THE SUCCESS OF ITS ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

The ATI Management, guests, stakeholders, partners, and clients toast their glasses for the celebration of ATI’s 37th Anniversary.

BANGA, Aklan – ATI Region 6 celebrates its 37th founding anniversary with the theme: "Innovate, Collaborate, Succeed: Growing Together for a Sustainable Future." This year's celebration highlights the achievements, accomplishments, and new strategies and initiatives toward digitalization.

Five Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) Cooperators share their stories of perseverance and triumph during the sit-down interview.

The ATI Management and the Editorial Staff of Patubas, ATI Region 6’s Coffee Table Book, during its unveiling and launching.

Part of the celebration is the sit-down interview with some of the Center's Learning Sites for Agriculture (LSA) cooperators who showcased unparalleled dedication and commitment to agricultural endeavors as agripreneurs worthy of emulation.

Martin Ortiz, Executive Director of Youth First Initiative Philippines Inc., introduces the Bakal Lokal which aims to connect small entrepreneurs to consumers through an online platform.

Also, a collaboration with the Bakal Lokal of Youth First Initiative Philippines Inc. was presented during the program. This endeavor aims to make locally sourced products from our farmers more accessible to everyone in the community. Moreover, ATI retirees, outstanding Rural-based Organizations (RBOs), and scholars were also recognized for their contribution to the Institute.

Representatives from Scenic Hillsview Farm and Municipal Agriculturist Deodith Grace H. Baticbatic of Sapian, Capiz receive the financial assistance worth Php100, 000 from the ATI Region 6’s Management.

Likewise, financial grants for Learning Sites for Agriculture enhancement under the Province-led Agriculture and Fishery Extension Systems and business plan implementation of participating organizations were also awarded to the beneficiaries.

Several guests mob to the ATIng Garage Sale showcasing the products of the Center’s LSAs and training beneficiaries.

Moreover, a product exhibit of various LSAs, RBOs, and training beneficiaries of the Center and free IEC materials were also showcased at the ATIng Garage Sale.

Various partners and stakeholders of the Institute participated in the celebration at the ATI Training Hall in Banga, Aklan on February 13, 2024.
