BANGA, Aklan- Following the effective review and improvement of the Quality Management System and ensuring its alignment with the organization's strategic direction, ATI Region 6 successfully conducted its FY 2023 1st Semester Management Review cum Midyear Review and Planning last July 4-6, 2023 at ATI-RTC VI Training Hall.
The three-day event started with reading, correcting, and approving the management review minutes. The first day was jam-packed with multiple activities, including presenting policy directions and the center's performance. First-semester physical accomplishments highlighted the event, with the designated focal persons by the fund source spearheading the presentation. The implementing unit also discussed essential matters regarding customer satisfaction during the first day.
The presentation of the three-year ATI-RTC VI development plan commenced on day two. Issues and concerns of each section were also raised, with suggestions and necessary feedback communicated with the focal persons and project officers.
On the third day, the participants finalized and accomplished the FY 2023 first-semester Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) and targets for 2nd Semester of FY 2023.
