CALL FOR PARTICIPATION
EXTENSION AND TRAINING MANAGEMENT COURSE FOR EXTENSION MANAGERS IN WESTERN VISAYAS
Objectives:
This training course aims to empower the newly appointed/designated Municipal Agriculturists/OIC-Municipal Agriculturists/Municipal Agriculture Officer in Region 6 by enhancing their knowledge, attitude, and skills (KAS) on transformational leadership, extension delivery system, social mobilization, and training management and create a pool of trainers as ATI’s partners on agricultural extension in their respective municipalities or provinces, especially in the implementation of PAFES.

Requirements |

He/she must be a permanent employee of the LGU as newly installed Municipal Agriculturist/OIC-Municipal Agriculturists/Municipal Agriculture Officer. |
Special Order / Travel Order |

Serving as Municipal Agriculturist/OIC-Municipal Agriculturist/Municipal Agriculture Officer for 15 years and below. |

Preferably an extension manager who is involved in and conducting both managerial/supervisory and field and community activities. |

He/she must be 50 years old and below upon registration. |

He must be physically and mentally fit to undergo intensive training. |

He/she must have a strong commitment and dedication to finish the 17-day training and serve as TRAINER of his/her respective municipality/province. |

With good interpersonal and communication skills. |

With basic knowledge in computer operations and office productivity tools (word processor, spreadsheet application, presentation graphics software) and has access to good internet connection. |
