22 AEWs in Central Visayas graduated from the Basic Agricultural Extension Course (BAEC) for RBO & Livestock Focal Persons on March 17-22, 2025, at ATI-7 Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

Substantive inputs include topics on Personal Awareness and Self-Mastery, Basics of Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Extension Approaches, Strategies, Methods, Extension Modalities, Interventions, and Innovation, Communication in Extension, and Community Work.

The two-day Community Immersion in Loon, Bohol, enriches the participants' experience of the lives of a farming community.

Meanwhile, the pool of trainers includes ATI-7 Staff: Ms. Ma. Gracia S. Pungay, OIC-Asst. Center Director; Dr. Merrian Piquero-Soliva, Information Services Chief; Ms. Merigine C. Otara, Planning Officer; and Ms. Ma. Pamela R. Macaambac, TSS IV.
