REGIONWIDE -- Agricultural Training Institute-Central Visayas (ATI-CV) implemented the Training on Development of Simple and Winning Proposal at Kew Hotel, JA Clarin St., Tagbilaran City on August 23-25, 2022.

The three-day activity aimed to: (1) Identify the basic concept of project proposal development; (2) Develop writing skills fit for writing project proposal; (3) Familiarize common terms and format in writing project proposal; and (4) Design or developing a comprehensive project proposal.  

"The training is very useful for our LGU, especially for technicians for we have never done these things, only the admins do this, challenging, duka kaayo pero grabe ka worth it. The facilitators are well-informed, very facilitating, patient kaayo bahalag dugay mi mahuman sa workshop. Our resource persons, doc Meitats helpful kaayo iya mga insights ilabi na sa title and Doc V is very generous with her ideas, muduol gyud namo nga nagduko sigeg huna-huna. The co-participants are friendly kaayo, very contributive with their ideas, and maka-inspire. The training venue is well-ventilated and lamina ang pagkaon. Ang service crew mayo mohinumdom ilabi na ako dili mokaon ug utanon," shared Mr. Geneveve Abella, a participant from LGU Cebu City. 

Vilma M. Patindol, Ph.D, Consultant and former Regional Director of ATI in Eastern Visayas discussed Proper tree analysis, how to formulate a log frame, and preparing a summary.

Moreover, Merrian Piquero Soliva, Ph.D, Media Production Specialist II from ATI-CV spoke about Picking the right topic workshop: Presentation.

A total of 29 Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) participated in the activity.
