Republic Act 11524 or the Coconut Famers and Industry Trust Fund Act mandates the creation of a trust fund from the coco levy assets to fund interventions that would benefit coconut farmers in the country. With the availability of the funds, the law provides for the development and invigoration of the coconut industry, to improve coconut farm productivity and increase the income of the poor and small coconut farmers in the country.
