Initiated by the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PMEU), with the support of ATI-RTC IX Center Director Alicia Rose D. Nebreja, the 2-day Staff Development Workshop and Team Building Activity was smoothly actualized. The activity aimed to develop and nurture employees so they can become reliable resources and eventually benefit the organization.

On the first day of the activity May 18, 2022, Center Director Alicia Rose D. Nebreja, in her opening remarks, stated one of the quotable statements by the famous billionaire Steve Jobs “Learn continuously. There is always one more thing to learn.” She encouraged everyone to learn and enjoy the whole process of the activity as it will help the organization achieve one common goal as this activity intends to improve productivity, increase employee motivation, encourage collaboration, and builds trust and respect among employees.

The said activity would not be a successful one without the great minds of those resource persons from Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST), Ms. Luanne Kay R. Clamonte, RGC, and Mr. Wilson C. Nabua, Ed. D. The topic discussed were Building Healthy Work Relationship Activities/Processing, Pinoy Management Activities/Processing, Team Management Activities/Processing and Importance of Workplace Well-being Activities/Processing. ATI-RTC IX staff enthusiastically participated in all the activities prepared by the resource persons. 

On the last day of the activity, selected staff gave their impressions and insights on the 2-day activity. Furthermore, Gerry R. Pagarigan, DVM., ended the seminar with a heart-warming closing remark thanking everyone who partook in the activity’s success and assuring the participants with a more harmonious and unified working environment in ATI-RTC IX.
