All for One, One for All: ATI Cordillera Staff as One Family for a Clean and Green Activity

In compliance with the EO #118 series of 1993 which mandates all government agencies to a clean and green program, all Center Staff engrossed themselves in a Clean and Green activity within the Center’s premises and at the Urban Garden Learning Site on January 25, 2024.

They replenished old plants, did weeding, relocated and planted new plants, and did scrubbing of walls and pathways. Not only watering, applying fertilizers, and pruning of plants but also repairing and cementing of cracked pathways. They also do 5S in their respective offices. The event is also in preparation for the Year 2024 to a vibrant and cozy learning environment for training and extension activities.

Coincidentally, the activity was also in preparation for the awarding of agricultural interventions in CAR with no less than the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture Secretary Francis Tiu Laurel, Jr. who would confer the said award to deserving Farmer Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs). With the anticipated big event, the installation of the tent as well as tables and chairs was done.  The awarding of agricultural intervention was spearheaded by the Regional Field Office of the Department of Agriculture in the Cordillera Administrative Region which happened on the following day, June 26, 2024.
