ATI Cordillera through the Partnership and Accreditation Section successfully conducted the meeting with the three FCAs Officers of Balili, Mankayan under the CBF-MAFF Project last December 11, 2023.
The meeting tackles one of the most important aspects of the project as to where to market their produce. For the last quarter of the implementation of the project, the Project Management Team (PMT) endorsed Mitsukoshi as a prospective buyer and urged the FCAs to be linked with them before the project ends.
As a result, Mitsukoshi required legal documents from the aforesaid FCAs such as BIR registration, and business permit. Also the said FCAs need to provide and send to Mitsukoshi the list of vegetables with corresponding retail prices.
The CBF-MAFF Project is a two-year project that will end this December 2023 and may expand to March 2024 for the assessment activities.//with reports from Dr. Cristine B. Esnara
