The Sprout of Dreams is a biennial publication of the Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center - Cordillera Administrative Region. It contains the shared stories of farmers, agricultural extension workers, and other partners and stakeholders in agricultural development. May their stories continue to inspire the agriculture sector of the Cordillera to strive for a sustainable agriculture industry.
