DILIMAN, Quezon City โ In celebration of Buwan ng Kalutong Pilipino or Filipino Food Month (FFM) 2026, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) will hold its kick-off ceremony on April 6 at the ATI Compound in Diliman, Quezon City.
In accordance with Proclamation No. 469, Series of 2018, ATI will organize a series of activities for this yearโs FFM with the theme โConnected by Taste: Filipino Food in the Flavors of ASEAN.โ
The celebration aims to promote, preserve, and appreciate Filipino food culture while supporting local farmers, fishers, and agri-based communities.
Furthermore, the activity will commence with an opening message from the directorates, followed by an overview of the celebration, a ceremonial food tasting of different ASEAN delicacies, and an insightful symposium that highlights the importance of preserving the Buwan ng Kalutong Pilipino, featuring a resource person from the medical profession.
The month-long celebration will also take place nationwide through simultaneous activities across ATI training centers.
