DILIMAN, Quezon City โ The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Central Office reaffirmed its commitment to quality service and continuous improvement after garnering at least a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating across its training, learning, and development initiatives.
This was highlighted during the Instituteโs 25th Management Review held on February 23 to 24, 2026 at the Rural Development Education Center (RDEC) within the ATI Compound. The two-day activity served as a venue to assess the overall performance of the Central Office and evaluate the effectiveness of its operations and quality management systems.
In line with its adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), the Management Committee conducted a comprehensive review of processes to ensure that services remain relevant, efficient, and responsive to stakeholdersโ needs. The assessment covered the accomplishment of quality objectives, analysis of customer satisfaction results, and feedback from training participants, clients, and project officers for Fiscal Year 2025.
According to ATI Director Remelyn R. Recoter, the Institute continues to strengthen its systems, particularly in analyzing program performance and stakeholder feedback.
โRight now, we are improving in terms of our analysis of our different programs and projects, particularly on customer feedback, and the performance of both our internal and external service providers. These are important to us because we want to improve our services,โ she said.
Through the review, the Committee identified areas of strength that must be sustained and opportunities for enhancement in program delivery, coordination, and support services. The process also enabled the leadership to determine strategic directions and potential innovations to further improve service delivery.
The findings and recommendations generated from the 25th Management Review will guide the ATI Central Office in strengthening its systems and sustaining its commitment to excellence in extension and capacity-building initiatives for the agriculture and fisheries sector.
