DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY - The Agricultural Training Institute, through its Human Resource Management Office and ATI Employees' Association conducted a Seminar on Food Nutrition as part of the culminating activity of Nutrition Month.
With the celebration’s overall theme “Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat para sa lahat!” and this year’s subtheme “Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na pagkain, Karapatan Natin!”, the seminar aims to increase awareness among people on the importance of nutrition especially in the workplace.
Chef JM Sunglao, a Filipino chef, menu development consultant, and entrepreneur, discussed the importance of sustaining wellness through balanced nutrition which focused on the essential nutrition practices in the workplace to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
The session was followed by the NutriQuiz, in which participants ATI divisions and units competed with the Partnership and Accreditation Division winning this year's competition.
