The training emphasized that effective virtual facilitation goes beyond tools, it requires intentional design, interaction, and adaptability.

In her message, Deputy Director Antonieta Arceo emphasized the urgent need for ATI staff to develop skills and competencies in virtual facilitation, as the institution transitions toward conducting most of its activities online in response to current government directives and evolving circumstances. She encouraged making sessions more interactive and impactful, especially for training that require certification and demonstrated learning outcomes. Eleazar C. Abestado, Admin Officer II, participant from ATI-RTC CALABARZON shared, “it helped me understand the planning, essential to ensure that the training meets the needs of the participants. To become more efficient, effective, as a trainer, we need to go beyond traditional methods and explore innovative ways in each participant by combining proper planning, the right strategies, and creative approach. We can deliver meaningful and impactful online training experiences. "
