QUEZON CITY – Despite adjusting to energy conservation measures and expanded responsibilities during the first half of the year, the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Central Office reported improved performance, reaffirming its dedication to institutional capacity building and service excellence.
“Despite the first-semester adjustments—such as energy conservation measures and expanded responsibilities—we are leveraging our 2024–2025 progress to ensure our revised 2026 targets drive continued growth,” said ATI Director Remelyn R. Recoter. “We hope to sustain the performance of our first semester in 2026—if not sustained, then a little improvement from 2025, because we already know where we have evaluated low,” Recoter added.
The performance milestone with the overall physical performance rating of 90.33% for the Central Office was highlighted during the conclusion of the Institute’s 26th Management Review held last July 15–16, 2026 at the ATI Rural Development Education Center. Likewise, as reported in the ATI’s Client Satisfaction Management Report for January to June 2026, the Institute garnered 97.84% overall service quality dimensions for farm and business advisory services, elearning, dormitory and training services, library and IEC materials, and trainings and meetings attended at the Central Office.
The two-day activity served as a critical venue to evaluate operational effectiveness, review ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, align administrative processes with stakeholders' evolving needs, and identify priority areas for corrective and improvement actions.
In addition to reviewing the Institute's core programs and services, the officers examined the performance of internal support units and outsourced service providers through evidence-based assessments, enabling management to identify operational strengths, address process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
The activity concluded with strategic directions and action plans for the remainder of FY 2026, reinforcing ATI's commitment to delivering quality, responsive, and client-centered services while strengthening institutional performance in support of the agriculture and fisheries extension system.
