EL SALVADOR CITY – The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X) held its Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Night recently at the Monicon Hotel, celebrating the dedication and hard work of its employees in conjunction with the Institute’s 38th founding anniversary.

Senior Agriculturist and Planning and Administrative Services (PAS) Chief Javier P. Andalan welcomed the entire management and staff, expressing gratitude for their commitment to serving farmers and fishers.

The event also highlighted ATI-RTC X’s achievement and placement ranking 4th among the best-performing training centers in the country.

Development Management Officer II Jhoylie Mae R. Caumban was honored as Employee of the Year and received the Innovation Award (Technical Category). Last year, Ms. Caumban was also a recipient of the highly coveted Employee of the Year Award.

PRAISE Night (CDMS)

Agriculturist II Jeric L. Cabatac also scooped major awards such as Trainer of the Year (Regular Category), Innovation Award for Technical, and Calm, Cool, and Collected Award, while Bryan Jay V. Cabugwason was named Resource Person of the Year and Punctuality Champion.

The Longevity Award was presented to Center Director Maria Lydia A. Echavez, Former CDMS Chief Teodosia G. Jaraba, and ATI-RTC X personnel Felipe B. Aguitong and Romeo L. Salcedo in recognition of their years of dedicated service.

The Administrative Innovation Award was given to Ms. Augemgail Guzman, the center’s resident accountant, and PMEU Chief Cheaster Kimberly Magat who won the Brightest Beginner Award.

PAS Chief Javier P. Andalan received the Punctuality Champion Award (Regular Category), while Angelli C. Doña received the Trainer of the Year (Contract of Service (CoS) category.

The Innovative Team of the Year Award was granted to the Information Services Section (ISS) headed by OIC-Info Chief Honeylou C. Bastasa.

The event also included a farewell tribute, Paalam Pasalamat, for former Career Development Management Section Chief Teodosia G. Jaraba, who is transferring to the City Agriculture Office in Iligan City. Training Specialist II Moisa Niña C. Paglinawan, DMO II Jhoylie Mae Caumban, Agriculturist II Cristine A. Galupo, former ISS OIC-Chief Maria Eloisa Akut, and Center Director Maria Lydia A. Echavez shared their messages of gratitude for Jaraba’s invaluable contributions.

In response, Jaraba expressed her appreciation to the entire ATI-RTC X team, emphasizing that everything happens for a reason and encouraging everyone to trust in God’s timing.

Paalam, Pasalamat

Adding excitement to the event, the Green Team emerged victorious in both the OA Plot Twist Part 2 and Baking Workshop competitions, while the Blue Team won the ATI Laro ng Lahi. This was the result of the center's friendly competition, team building and group dynamics earlier that day.

Meanwhile, Administrative Officer I Mark Cyben Epe and Agriculturist I Marylie Suralta were declared as "Head Turners of the Night" for their standout presence.
