Poblacion, El Salvador City---ATI Headquarters Deputy Director Antonieta J. Arceo and division chiefs recently visited the center to conduct a field monitoring. The field monitoring intends to look into the best practices among sections that the center can share and to develop policy recommendations regarding how the centers will be operationalized.
Among the salient points raised by Director Arceo is to look into how the centers are operating and share best practices, to standardize how the regional training centers operate, and the collective output of the field monitoring team will then be a policy recommendation for the center director, as well as to the management.
Field monitoring aims to determine whether a project or program is being implemented as designed and has the intended results. It is also through field monitoring that the systems in place among centers enhance performance, transparency, accountability, and quality reporting because of proper implementation.
Center Director Maria Lydia A. Echavez introduced the rest of the center staff to the field monitoring team consisting of division chiefs and section chiefs of the ATI-Central Office in Quezon City.
