Civoleg, MISAMIS ORIENTAL---In a collaborative effort to enhance organizational efficiency and transparency, the Commission on Audit (COA) – Regional Office X conducted an exit conference with the management of the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X). The conference, held from March 5 to 6, 2025, at the Hydro Leaf Farm in Barangay Lunotan, Civoleg, Misamis Oriental, served as a platform for discussing audit results and soliciting feedback on proposed findings and recommendations.
State Auditor V and Regional Supervising Auditor Josie J. Rodriguez welcomed attendees, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a constructive atmosphere during the conference. She encouraged both parties to view the exit conference as a mutually beneficial learning experience, fostering collaboration and open communication.
During the meeting, the management had the opportunity to explain and provide corrective actions addressing issues identified during the audit. Both parties shared valuable perspectives and insights, working together to identify feasible solutions to the issues presented. The conference enabled the management to commit to implementing audit report recommendations, which is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and reinforcing accountability and transparency as an ISO-compliant organization.
