Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City---The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 10 (DA-RFO 10) has partnered with the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center X (ATI-RTC X) to conduct a Training on Financial Management and Record Management. The said training, which emphasizes the importance of financial management for the sustainability of organizations, is designed to enhance the skills of participants in terms of strategic planning and financial literacy and activity.
The training which was held until October 17, 2024, involves farm associations and cooperatives from Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte, and Misamis Occidental. The initiative aims to equip these groups with essential knowledge for making informed financial decisions. Administrative Officer IV Efren C. Macario, who serves as the Admin and Finance Unit Chief and Farm Business School Point Person, is leading the training sessions for over three days.
