The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 136,634.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Transportation services to be used during the conduct of FY 2025 Consultation (Needs Assessment with Stakeholders and Partner Agencies and Information Caravan (Youth and Learning Sites) at Cagayan de Oro City on February 12-14, 2025.

The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR. The procuring entity shall draw up a list of at least three (3) suppliers, contractors, or consultants of known qualifications which will be invited to submit proposals, in the case of goods and infrastructure projects, or curriculum vitae, in the case of consulting services.
