The AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE-REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 16,650 .00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Grocery Items to be used during the conduct of 2 batches Training of Trainers (TOT) on Corn Production and Management on April 15-24,2024 and May 6-15,2024 at Malaybalay City, Bukidnon; Farmer's Field Schools on May-October 2024 in the selected municipalities in the region and corn related activities.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR. The procuring entity shall draw up a list of at least three (3) suppliers, contractors, or consultants of known qualifications which will be invited to submit proposals, in the case of goods and infrastructure projects, or curriculum vitae, in the case of consulting services.
