YIPOA interns present their Enterprise Plan on Organic Agriculture

Poblacion, EL SALVADOR CITY---The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center 10 (ATI-RTC 10) through its Partnership and Accreditation Section and Organic Agriculture, conducted an Enterprise Plan Presentation for the Youth Internship Program on Organic Agriculture (YIPOA) Batch 2.

The Enterprise Plan Presentation aims to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed enterprises of the interns.

This program is a 21-month highly specialized internship program designed to instill and develop young farmers an appreciation and eagerness for organic agriculture and eventually adopt it as their source of income.

The following are the list of interns along with their enterprise development plan:

1. Elma P Calapiz, Molugan El Salvador City -  Urban Gardening Integrated with Heritage Chicken

2. Norlailah A. Angnie, Munai, Lanao del Norte - Halal Meat Goat Production

3. Melvi John M.Bolanio, Jimenez Misamis Occidental,- Bean to bar Artisan Chocolate Processing

4. Ron Joseph A Quimno, Aloran Misamis Occidental - SynerG "Cultivating Sustainability, one crop at the time"

5. Ericka May E. Blanco, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental - Garden-to-Table Sustainable Agriculture of Traditional & High-Value Crops and AgriTourism of Loca Blanco Garden

6.  Clent Mark P. Calbaquino, Baroy, Lanao del Norte - Itik Pinas Egg Production
