Maramag, BUKIDNON---In partnership with the Municipal Agriculture Office of Maramag Bukidnon, headed by Municipal Agriculturist Armand S. Dela Cruz, rice farmers in the said municipality gathered for a briefing on the Rice Crop Manager Advisory Service (RCMAS), a tool designed to help improve farming practices and crop yields.

A total of fifty (50) rice farmers from the different farmers and irrigators associations joined the event and received a customized RCMAS recommendation that they can use for the next planting season. The briefing focused on providing farmers with personalized advice on planting, fertilizer application, pest management, and tips on adapting to climate change. It also emphasized sustainable practices such as integrated pest management, water efficiency, and soil health to reduce costs and environmental impact. The farmers also received farm inputs as their tokens for the said activity.
The event was also graced by Mr. Raffy Sabellina, Executive Assistant III of the City Mayor's office, where he encouraged the rice farmers to continually support and welcome new learnings for their continuous development.
