The Developing Winning Agricultural Project Proposal for Agricultural Development: A Training Course on Agricultural Project Proposal Development for 4-H/RBOs Coordinators and Members began successfully on its first day at Davao del Norte State College, Panabo City. This three-day training brought together coordinators and members of 4-H and RICs, aiming to equip them with the necessary skills to develop impactful project proposals that promote agricultural growth and development.
The program was formally opened by Ms. Alicia Rose D. Nebreja, who warmly welcomed the participants and encouraged them to engage fully in the learning process. She highlighted the importance of creating well-crafted project proposals to secure funding for agricultural initiatives that would benefit their communities.
Ms. Lynn A. Leopoldo, the Project Officer, provided a comprehensive overview of the training. She explained that the course aims to enhance the participants' skills in drafting agricultural project proposals, which are critical in driving innovation and sustainability in the agricultural sector.
Mr. Luis D. Bausa, the owner of Bausa Integrated Farm and the resource person for the entire duration of the training, shared his expertise on the fundamental elements of a successful agricultural project proposal. With his wealth of experience in farm management, he provided participants with practical knowledge and strategies for developing strong and effective proposals.
The first day culminated in an engaging workshop, where participants began drafting their initial project concepts. This hands-on activity allowed them to immediately apply the lessons learned, setting the stage for further refinement in the coming days.
