Two hundred twenty-five (225) farmer scholars from Sto. Niño South Cotabato have completed the RCEF-RESP Program for FFS on Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice, Seeds Certification, and Farm Mechanization implemented by Vmotril's Farm at Municipal Gym, Sto Niño, South Cotabato.

The graduation ceremony was attended by RCEF Focal Person Engr. Mokles Buisan and RCEF staff Jayson V. Abang, Joseph P. Simpao, Mubarak H. Salic and OJTs from Cotabato State University.
