During Days 6 and 7 of the Training of Trainers for Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds, and Farm Mechanization (Batch 3), participants found themselves immersed in hands-on activities that brought theory to life. The focal point of these sessions was the application of Agricultural Ecological Systems Analysis (AESA), which enabled participants to conduct field analyses effectively.

This process not only allowed them to analyze the data they collected but also equipped them with the skills to communicate their comprehensive assessments to others. The practical nature of these activities proved invaluable, as participants gained firsthand experience in operating various land preparation machinery. Among the highlights of their training was the opportunity to operate a Hand Tractor during the Actual Operation of Land Preparation Machineries. These experiences not only bolstered their knowledge but also strengthened their confidence in implementing modern farming techniques, setting the stage for a promising future in agriculture.
