In support to the Kabulnan Palayang Masagana Project, the DA-ATI RTC XII conducted another batch of Technical Briefing on Rice Production for the Kabulanan River Irrigation System Rice Farmers on November 17, 2022 at Datu Abdullah Sangki, Maguindanao del Sur.
