The workshop on Corn Cluster Development for Region XII, hosted by the Corn Program of ATI-RTC XII, successfully wrapped up on March 15, 2024. The venue for the event was the ALC Hall at DA-ATI RTC XII, located in Brgy. San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato. Ms. Shirley L. Beldia, the Acting Center Director, cordially welcomed the participants and offered her support, while Ms. Alma G. Camales presented an outline of the training program. Mr. Brian B. Osano, the organization development officer from DA Regional Field Office XII, served as the facilitator for the workshop. He conducted discussions on the Present State of Farm and Fisheries Clustering and Integration in the Philippines as well as the Formulation of a Farm Cluster Development Strategy. Thirty Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) and Farmer Leaders from various areas in Region XII actively participated in the training sessions.

Acknowledging the significance of farm clustering and integration in enhancing agricultural productivity, 27 AEWs and Farmer Leaders from Region XII successfully completed the 3-day Training on Corn Cluster Development. The training was held from March 13 to 15, 2024, at the ALC Hall, ATI-RTC XII, Brgy. San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato. Ms. Shirley L. Beldia, the Acting Center Director, and Ms. Alma G. Camales, Development Management Officer II, presented the participants with the Certificate of Completion.
