The first batch of the Training of Trainers (TOT) on Corn Production and PostHarvest Management Phase I and Phase II for Agricultural Extension Workers and Farmer Leaders in Region XII has started today April 15, 2024 at the ALC Hall, ATI RTC XII, Brgy. San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato.

OIC Admin Officer IV Ms Jey Ann Magana warmly welcomed the 30 participants from the provinces of Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat.

Meanwhile, Senior Agriculturist and Regional Corn Coordinator from DA RFO XII Engr. Julie Mie Y. Belongan presented the overview of corn industry and Corn Specialist Mr Janry L. Ruiz shared his expertise on Corn Management and Practices.

This training is being facilitated by DMO II and Corn Focal Person Ms Alma G. Camales and Technical Staff Ms. Gladys Hazel E. Cafe which will end on April 26, 2024.
