Koronadal City — ATI RTC XII received a Plaque of Appreciation from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region XII during BJMP’s 33rd-anniversary celebration on August 22, 2024. Held at The Farm @ Carpenter Hill Convention Center, the event recognized the center's valuable role in providing agricultural training to both inmates and BJMP staff.

The award was presented to Ms. Shirley Beldia, OIC Center Director of ATI RTC XII, for the center's impactful collaboration in advancing agricultural production and processing skills within the correctional community. This initiative has empowered individuals with practical, sustainable skills that can contribute to their livelihoods post-incarceration.

The anniversary celebration, themed “Humane and God-Centered Public Service Towards a Progressive, Orderly, and Developed Change,” gathered numerous BJMP partners and agencies in recognition of their support in strengthening rehabilitation and development within the correctional system. ATI RTC XII’s partnership with BJMP reflects its commitment to extending agricultural education and skills development across diverse sectors, fostering growth and self-sufficiency within the region.
