National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region XII Knowledge Management Team (ISO Core Team) conducted a cross-agency benchmarking activity at DA ATI RTC XII today, September 2, 2022.

The center's ISO team represented by Engr. Junrey Samillano and Ms Ma. Theresa Laxamana oriented the NIA KM Team about the quality processes of the center, and adressed their questions and clarifications.

According to NIA XII, this visit is purposely to discover effective processes, gather new approaches, and identify other activities that can be replicated in their office.
