Tantangan, South Cotabato- The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) conducted its Monthly Staff Meeting for February, highlighting key updates, policy directions, and upcoming activities aimed at enhancing the Center’s operations and services.

OIC-Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D. led the discussions with a presentation on the FY 2025 ATI National Policy Direction, outlining the strategic priorities and initiatives for the coming year. Following this, Planning Officer Teofilo T. Jumawan, Jr. presented the FY 2025 First Quarter Training Schedules, detailing the planned capacity-building activities for stakeholders.

Finance and administrative matters were also addressed, with Accountant I John Mikel Ternida providing updates on financial concerns, while Administrative Officer IV Jey Ann N. Magana shared key administrative updates. Additionally, Engr. Mokles P. Buisan discussed the latest Continuing Professional Development (CPD) updates, and Engr. Jun Rey Samillano provided insights on the ISO updates, ensuring the Center’s compliance with quality standards.

Adding a festive touch to the meeting, the Information Services Section (ISS) hosted “ATIng Sagutin: A Valentine’s Quiz Bee Showdown”, an engaging activity that tested staff knowledge while fostering camaraderie.

The meeting also featured the much-anticipated awarding of winners from the ATI-RTC XII Anniversary Sports Fest, led by the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (PMEU), recognizing outstanding performances and teamwork during the competition.

To conclude the gathering, OIC-Assistant Center Director Hannadi Guiama-Pompong delivered the closing remarks, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and continuous improvement in delivering quality services to ATI’s stakeholders.

The Monthly Staff Meeting provided an avenue for meaningful discussions, updates, and team engagement.
