Tantangan, South Cotabato- Twenty ATI-RTC XII staff members, including both technical and administrative personnel, enhanced their expertise in training management and facilitation during a Learning and Development (L&D) Session held on April 7, 2025, at AV Belo Hall in San Felipe, Tantangan.
OIC-Assistant Center Director and Project Officer, Ms. Hannadi Guiamad-Pompong, shared during the activity's overview that the L&D session was designed to equip ATI-RTC XII staff with the essential knowledge and skills required for impactful training facilitation.
The session featured key discussions facilitated by OIC-Chief of Information Services Section, John Lord L. Auman, who focused on approaches to high-impact delivery and effective facilitation techniques. Development Management Officer I, Jayson V. Abang, delivered insights on Bloom's Taxonomy and fostering a positive learning environment. Additionally, Information Officer II, Jon Ian D. Belo, led a special session on Canva and ATI-SOX branding, guiding participants through branding standards and the creation of training materials.
The outputs of the L&D session included improved training facilitation knowledge, the development of branded training materials using Canva, and adherence to ATI-SOX branding guidelines and Anatomy of Activities.
Staff members from various sections and units, including Information Services, Career Development Management, Partnerships and Accreditation, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Admin and Finance, actively participated in the session.
OIC-Center Director Dr. Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D., closed the program, marking the session as the first Learning and Development activity conducted by ATI-RTC XII for 2025.
