TANTANGAN, South Cotabato- A total of fourteen (14) interns and On-Job-Trainees from Cotabato State University (CSU) were accepted and welcomed by Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) last March 2, 2023.

OJT Coordinator and Information Officer II Mr. John Lord Auman conducted an orientation to the students. Mr. Auman discussed the policies and mandates of ATI along with requirements and guidelines in the completion of OJT program in ATI-RTC XII.

Meanwhile, CDMS Chief and Training Specialist Ms. Simona Dela Cruz gave a welcome message to the OJTs. She emphasized maximizing the time as OJT in ATI-RTC XII,  to forge relationships with ATI employees and co-inters and to learn not just agricultural technologies but also life lessons. She also wished them a happy learning environment.

After the orientation, the OJTs were toured around the vicinity and various facilities of ATI. The OJTs from CSU are set to accomplish 420 hours of on-site and field services.
