MAITUM, Sarangani- JND Integrated Farm Institute, Inc. conducted its Training Induction Program (TIP) for the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund-Farmers Field School (RCEF-FFS) Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice Seed Certification and Farm Mechanization on February 13, 2024, at Brgy. Poblacion Gymnasium, Maitum, Sarangani Province. This comprehensive training program consists of 9 batches, each accommodating 25 trainees, aiming to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge.

The event was graced by Mr. Roberto Rey Yarte from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) SarGen and Ms. Simona P. Dela Cruz, Training Specialist III from DA-ATI RTC XII who delivered insightful messages of encouragement and guidance to the scholars. Emphasizing the importance of active participation and cooperation, they inspired trainees to engage in the project's objectives and opportunities fully.

Furthermore, Engr. Mokles P. Buisan, Training Specialist II and RCEF Focal Person from ATI XII, provided the eager trainees with a detailed overview of the components and programs of the RECF-FFS. This event aimed to familiarize participants with the various aspects of the program, empowering them with the knowledge needed to excel in their farming activities.
