On December 13, 2022, the team visited five sites around Nueva Ecija. The first on the list was the PhilRice Central Experiment Station. PhilRice Staff Mr. Jonathan Cabral toured the team inside the station's Rice Museum and Palayamanan Project.

Meanwhile, another farm tour was done at FCP Farm in Brgy. Mabini, Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. The farm is a rice-based farm and is accredited LSA under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF). The 15-hectare farm is owned by Mr. Fidel and Mrs. Marilyn Patricio.

Aside from the rice being the major commodity planted in the farm, they also take pride with their Automated Drip Irrigation for Strawberry Production in partnership with the CLSU and Embassy of Israel in the Philippines. The project is being funded by Israel's Center for International Development Cooperation.

The third site visit of the team was at Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech). A briefer and overview of the agency was showed and followed by tour to the various commercialized technologies and equipment developed by PHilMech.

The fourth site visit was at Philippine Carabao Center National Headquarters and Genepool. PCC is an attached agency of the Department of Agriculture mandated to conserve, propagate, and promote water buffalo as important source of milk and meat, in addition to draft power and hide.

Lastly, the team enjoyed the tour at the Philippine-Sino Center for Agricultural Technology at the Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. The team was toured inside their museum and at the newly built rooms for cold storage and the like. PhilScat Mission is to provide quality products and services to modernize the Philippine agriculture and maximize benefits for various agricultural industry stakeholders.
