Led by Deputy Director of the National Rice Program Mr. Glenn Estrada, the team visited the Midpapan-Balogo Communal Irrigator's Association at Barangay Midpapan, Pigcawayan, Cotabato.

The site visit was done in preparation for the testing and implementation of the Capstone Project for the Smart Agriculture Technologies. As project beneficiaries, the Irrigator's Association expressed and pledged their full support for the project.

Regional Rice Program Focal Person Mr. Rey Embajador, ATI National Deputy Director Ms. Antonieta J. Arceo and staff from IRRI, ATI-RTC XII and DA-RFO XII joined the site visit.
