Quezon City – The Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) proudly announced the winners of the 3rd Kabataang Organic Agriculture National Quiz Bee, held at the Axiaa Hotel Manila, Quezon City. Among the distinguished finalists was Andreana G. Melgar, a BS Agriculture student from Mindanao State University-General Santos City Campus, representing the SOCCSKSARGEN Region. She secured 5th Place in the highly competitive event.

1st Place: Joseph Carlo Viray, Southern Luzon State University, CALABARZON
2nd Place: Reynaldo Mira, JH Cerilles State College, Zamboanga Peninsula Region
3rd Place: Rica Adelaine Oliquino, Sorsogon State University-Castilla Campus, Bicol Region
4th Place: Via Marie Alpas, Central Mindanao University, Northern Mindanao Region
5th Place: Andreana G. Melgar, Mindanao State University-General Santos City, SOCCSKSARGEN Region
The event celebrated young champions in organic agriculture, showcasing their knowledge and passion for sustainable farming practices.
Present during the awarding ceremony were notable dignitaries, including ATI-RTC XII Organic Agriculture Focal Person Johnny Pasaquian, Coach and Professor Reynaldy Tupas, ATI OIC-Chief ISS John Lord Auman, ATI Director III Antonieta J. Arceo, and National Organic Agriculture Program Director Bernadette San Juan, CESO II.
