Aimed at enhancing the leadership and social skills of the selected young farmer-leaders in Region XII, the DA ATI RTC XII conducted the 3-day Capability Enhancement last August 29-31, 2022 at Sebul Farm, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.

The topics and activities during the training were focused on Transformational Leadership, Gender and Development, Team Building and Conduct of Meeting. These were discussed and facilitated by Dr. Melissa Marie G. Bautista, Mr. Jim C. Raborar, Mr. Nikko Lyn Ladera and VLAP Officer Mr. Emmanuel Paclibar.

The 3-day training also served as an avenue in electing the Regional 4-H Federation Officers. Ms. Angel Queen Herediano, 4-H President of General Santos City, was elected as the newest Regional President. Meanwhile, South Cotabato Provincial 4-H Federation President Mr. Dan Zapanta Rivera was elected as Regional Vice-President.

Other elected officers were Jomar Allanic, Christian Jude Valencia, Mcjames Helo, Ivan Gumilid, Joseph Brizuela, Datu Dexter Angonia as Regional Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, PIO, Parliamentarian and Recreations Officer, respectively.
