The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) proudly commemorates the Hon. Abraham V. Belo Hall, paying tribute to the late former Barangay Captain of San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato for his instrumental role in securing the 1.5-hectare land donation where the center was established.

The unveiling of the commemorative plaque was attended by ATI-RTC XII directorates and the Belo family during the institute’s 38th Anniversary Celebration on February 6, 2025, at ATI-RTC XII, Brgy. San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato, themed "Youth in Agriculture: Cultivating Innovations through Partnerships."

Originally unveiled on March 25, 2004, during the 61st Foundation Anniversary of Barangay San Felipe, the dedication was made official through Resolution No. 7, series of 2004 by the Barangay Council of San Felipe. The recognition also highlights the leadership of Dr. Efraim C. Nicolas, former Center Director of ATI-RTC XII, during the facility’s establishment in 1997.

This tribute reinforces the institute’s commitment to honoring the individuals who have shaped its history while continuing to inspire agricultural development in the region.
