TANTANGAN, South Cotabato – The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) held its weekly flag-raising ceremony on March 17, 2025, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and personal growth.

During the ceremony, OIC-Chief of the Partnership and Accreditation Section (PAS), Engr. Jun Rey L. Samillano, shared insights on the value of submissiveness, highlighting how humility and openness to learning contribute to stronger collaboration and professional development.
