On November 8, selected staff members from the Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII), including OIC-Center Director Dr. Jessie V. Beldia, are honored to serve as judges for the National Rice Awareness Month (NRAM) Rice Photography Contest. This contest, organized in celebration of NRAM, encourages participants to creatively showcase the beauty and significance of rice in Filipino life and culture through photography.
The judging process focuses on creativity, relevance to the NRAM theme, and visual impact. The judges' evaluations will contribute 60% to the total score, while the remaining 40% will be determined through public voting. This balanced approach allows for a blend of expert assessment and community involvement, capturing both technical merit and audience appeal.
This exciting event is part of ATI-RTC XII’s ongoing efforts to promote rice appreciation and support the #BeRicePonsible campaign, fostering a deeper connection to the staple food that nourishes and sustains the nation.
