ATI-RTC XII strengthens team with new appointments of Mr. Errol Chris Laspiñas as Agriculturist I and Ms. Gina A. Incognito as Administrative Aide VI. These appointments bring additional expertise and support to ATI-RTC XII, reinforcing the center's mission to enhance agricultural productivity and training across Region XII.
