Tantangan, South Cotabato – The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) officially welcomed On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) from Korbel Foundation College Inc. with an orientation session held on February 3, 2025. This marks the beginning of their internship journey at the institute.

Ms. Kissciel R. Arao-Arao, Technical Staff and Alternate OJT Focal Person, led the orientation, providing an in-depth discussion on the roles, functions, and significance of ATI-RTC XII in agricultural development. The session covered essential information about the institute’s programs and operations, ensuring that the trainees are well-prepared for their 400-hour training.

Beyond the formal introduction, the orientation also served as a platform for the OJTs to share their expectations and aspirations, setting the stage for a productive and meaningful experience.
