Tantangan, South Cotabato - On August 18, 2023, a significant achievement took place in this agricultural community as thirty individuals successfully completed a comprehensive 12-day Training of Trainers program. The program focused on two vital aspects of modern farming: the Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seed, and Farm Mechanization. Held at ATI-RTC XII in San Felipe, this accomplishment marks a crucial step in advancing agricultural practices in the region.

Throughout their training, these individuals were exposed to a wide array of topics. They delved into areas such as Transformational Leadership, Palay Check System Key Checks 1-9, Seedling Preparation, Agro-Ecological System Analysis (AESA), Farm Machinery Operation, Seed Classification, ICT Tools, and Adult Learning. These subjects, while diverse, collectively provide a solid foundation for the graduates to take on pivotal roles as implementers of the RCEF-FFS (Farmers Field School) program.

As these newly-minted trainers return to their communities, they bring with them the knowledge and skills necessary to drive positive change in local agriculture. Their collective dedication promises to elevate farming practices, ultimately strengthening the region's agricultural landscape and improving the livelihoods of those it serves.
