Regional and National Officers of the Rural Improvement Club (RIC) recently convened at Sitio Maupot Family Resort in Magpet, Cotabato for a 3-day National Consultation Meeting from July 10-12, 2023. Led by RIC National President Hon. Lilia Nuño and supported by ATI Center Director Abdul Daya-an, the officers discussed and shaped the future of rural development.

During the opening program, Director Daya-an conveyed his welcome message and expressed support for the RIC's contributions to agricultural development. President Nuño inspired the participants by emphasizing the RIC's continued growth with the guidance of ATI.

Under the leadership of OIC Chief of Youth and RBO Section, Ms. Jovanee Dela Cuadra, and with an overview presented by DMO I Ms. Jonaly Villasis, the officers engaged in collaborative discussions to shape the trajectory of rural development. The National Consultation Meeting promises to foster meaningful exchanges, enabling the RIC to play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable practices and improving rural livelihoods.
