The Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) held its Quarterly Performance Review on April 8, 2025 at AV Belo Hall, ATI-RTC XII, San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato. 

The program commenced with a welcome message from OIC-Center Director Jessie V. Beldia, Ph.D., followed by the reading and adoption of the previous meeting’s highlights. The Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (PMEU), headed by OIC-Assistant Center Director Hannadi S. Guiamad-Pompong, presented key updates, including physical targets versus accomplishments, second-quarter targets, results of recent training evaluations, and an overview of the ATI Hub via Google Sites—a centralized digital platform designed to enhance information sharing, documentation, and internal coordination.

The Admin and Finance Unit (AFU) also shared the center’s financial performance, administrative matters, and led the brownbag session on vouchering process. Meanwhile, section heads presented their respective best practices and challenges encountered during the first quarter.

The review served as a platform to assess progress, address gaps, and align goals for the upcoming quarter.
