The Office of the Center Director and the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit of ATI RTC XII have been recognized with the prestigious "Most Promising Innovation Award" during the PPMEvolve: Innovation Workshop on Policy, Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation. The event was held from May 20-24, 2024, at Goldberry Suites, Cebu City.
The awarded proposal, developed in collaboration with ATI-RTC IX, introduces the Agri-Fishery Development Extension Planning Toolbox (ADEPT). This innovative tool aims to standardize and harmonize the process of identifying and prioritizing interventions in the planning stages, providing a consistent framework for decision-making in agricultural development.
OIC-Center Director Shirley L. Beldia, Planning Officer II Teofilo T. Jumawan, and Project Evaluation Officer I Alvin U. Palma represented ATI RTC XII at the event, alongside 60 other participants from ATI Central Office and Regional Training Centers. Through sessions on empathy mapping, ideation, prototyping, and pitching, the workshop fostered creativity and innovation in enhancing the PPME practices of the ATI. This recognition highlights ATI RTC XII's commitment to advancing agricultural extension services through innovative solutions.
