The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center XII (ATI-RTC XII) proudly inaugurated the Abdul I. Daya-An Hall, a tribute to the late Abdul Ibrahim Daya-An, former Center Director, whose vision and leadership were instrumental in the hall’s construction.

Completed in 2018 under his stewardship, the building stands as a testament to his unwavering dedication to the advancement of agricultural training and extension services in the region. In recognition of his contributions, the ATI-RTC XII directorates joined the Daya-An family in unveiling a commemorative plaque during the 38th Anniversary Celebration of ATI, alongside other Regional Training Centers across the country.

Held on February 6, 2025, at ATI-RTC XII, Brgy. San Felipe, Tantangan, South Cotabato, the event carried the theme: "Youth in Agriculture: Cultivating Innovations through Partnerships." This milestone not only honors a legacy of service but also reinforces the center’s commitment to fostering innovation and youth engagement in agriculture.
